Accident Management Services
If you have had a traffic accident and it wasn’t your fault, then we are here to help.
No one sets out to have an accident, but unfortunately when you do have an accident on the road, generally there are two different scenarios when it comes to liaising with the other driver(s) and collecting their details.
- If the police have been called or attended the scene, they will take the details of all parties involved and ensure that the necessary administrative procedures are followed.
- For more minor incidents, usually where there are no injuries to drivers or passengers, it will be up to you to collect the names, addresses, phone numbers and insurance details of all involved. Make sure you do this at the scene. And be sure to take the contact details of any witnesses too.
As soon as you can, give us a call at Claims Specialists and we’ll take over.
We’ll arrange for your damaged vehicle to be recovered from the scene and will supply you with a temporary replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
We’ll arrange for your vehicle to be taken to an insurance approved, quality assured workshop, and arrange and manage the repairs. We’ll keep you up to date on progress so that you don’t have to worry. If your vehicle cannot be repaired, you can keep your hire car until you receive your settlement cheque. We’ll then come and collect your replacement vehicle from you while we continue to sort out your claim.
We can put you in touch with a solicitor to manage your claim case and once the details have been established we will liaise with them on your behalf. We will handle the communications between the solicitor and the insurance companies involved.
